	Engine shutdown software upgrade - avoid unexpected downtime Enable the engine shutdown extra function and let the control system act on the engine temperature and oil pressure. This upgrade solution notifies the operator through a pop-up message on the MD4’s display when the engine temperature is too high, or the engine oil pressure is too low, giving the operator the possibility to select between turning off the engine or keep it running.
	Height indicator - optimize operation time and increase productivity Depending on configuration settings, different actions can be triggered when the mast height reaches the set limit: a pop-up window on display, a buzzer alarm or prohibit further lifting.
	Engine air precleaner - Prolong your engine life Mounted above the standard air filter, the Engine air precleaner is a double filtration that reduces the downtime needed to replace filters and extends the life of the engine by keeping it free of micro-abrasive dust.
	Static weighing system - Improve efficiency and productivity by letting your reach stacker do the weighing Verified container weight is becoming a must in many countries, before loading a container onto the vessel or means of transport. Handle the daily operations in a more efficient way with the complete set of data registered directly in the Terminal Operations System (TOS) or yourKONECRANES.com customer portal. The operation is very easy: just stand still for around 5 secs and tab a button on your MD4 screen to link the weight to that container ID.
	Hydraulic pump upgrade 2x105cc - Increase your lift truck operation time Increase the operation speed of lifting, extending, retracting and maneouvre of your reach stacker by upgrading the existent hydraulic pump configuration from 105cc+75cc to 2x105cc. This upgrade is a direct replacement and it's available for Konecranes Liftace reach stackers and TCE5 with suitable configuration.
	Hydraulic oil lifetime - anymore worried about wasting oil With the installation of the new Hydraulic Long-Life Filter, you will not have to worry about changing the hydraulic oil so often. This filter is able to extend the life of the oil up to 12,000 working hours, leading to less downtime in your operations, cost saving and eco-efficient contribution to the environment with less waste.
	Minimize the risk of unexpected service break With the Spreader Kit 5000 you can now schedule your maintenance every 5000 working hours, avoiding sudden productivity drops and downtime, accident due to twistlock fatigue, reducing the repairing time as well for worn pads. Having replacements ready makes your maintenance break shorter than ever.
	Longer life for your tires - when manoeuvring areas are not an issue In case narrow spaces are not something you need to worry about, the Tire Saver solution is the perfect fit for your truck and business. By limiting the steering cylinder stroke, the kit installed increases the turning radius of your lift truck but granting a much longer life for your tires.
	Maintain performance safety - upgrade your Control System Replacing your old and now obsolete control system has never been so easy. The new Control System upgrade from MDL2 to MD4 is the state-of-the-art technology and hardware that is now mounted on all brand-new equipment. Upgrade today!
